Website and device information may include your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, referring page, and basic server logs needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

Information from others may include an order, referral, or other documentation that you ask a surgeon, physician, or another authorized person to provide.

The Lymph Current uses Google Analytics to understand broad website use. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar browser identifiers and may receive basic browser, device, network, and generic interaction information. The website does not use Google Signals or advertising-personalization features.

Analytics is configured without automatic pageviews. It records only generic booking-button, phone-button, and booking-completion events. It does not receive selected service names, health-condition labels, page titles or paths, link text, intake answers, payment information, or client names. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The website uses outside providers to perform specific functions:

• Practice Better, operated by Green Patch Inc.: The embedded scheduler and client portal receive booking details such as your name, email, phone, appointment information, intake responses, and files you choose to upload. Review the Practice Better Privacy Policy.
• Square: Square processes electronic payments and receives the information needed to authorize and document a transaction. The Lymph Current does not receive your complete card number. Review the Square Privacy Notice.
• Firebase Hosting, a Google service: Firebase hosts this website and may process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect it. Review the Firebase privacy information.
• Google Analytics and Search Console: Google provides active website measurement and search-performance services. The Cookies and analytics section above explains the limited Analytics configuration used on this website.
• Google Fonts: The website requests font files from Google, which may receive your IP address and basic browser or device information when those files load. Review the Google Privacy Policy.

Use the requested Practice Better intake form for health or surgical details. Standard email and voicemail are useful for ordinary scheduling questions but should not be used to send sensitive health information.

Information may be shared with service providers that support scheduling, payment, communication, hosting, accounting, record storage, or professional operations. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

Information may also be disclosed when you direct or authorize it, when reasonably necessary to protect a client or another person, to address fraud or security concerns, to enforce practice policies, or when required by law, licensing rules, a valid legal process, or a professional insurer.

The Lymph Current uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small appointment-based practice. No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and session records, meet licensing, tax, insurance, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the practice and its clients. Different records may require different retention periods.

Records are not kept indefinitely simply because they were collected. Retention is based on the record’s purpose, the type of information involved, and applicable professional or business requirements. When those needs no longer apply, information is deleted or de-identified where practical.

Include the contact information used with the practice and the request you would like to make. The Lymph Current will verify identity before responding and will explain if a record must be kept for completed transactions, professional records, safety, insurance, or legal obligations.

Appointment reminders and transactional messages are part of the scheduling service. Follow the instructions in a message or contact the practice to update communication preferences. The website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
